The Zavaii One-Lock Kit is an innovative anti-theft system designed to secure your surfboard to your van’s roof rack, car wheel, or wherever you prefer. Thanks to its patented design, it offers a quick and intuitive locking system, compatible with all boards equipped with a standard leash plug. Lock your board and leave your worries behind.

The Zavaii Surf-Lock is a patented anti-theft device designed to secure your board in seconds. With a simple and intuitive design, it’s compatible with all surfboards equipped with a standard leash plug. Compact and lightweight, it’s made of stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability.
The Zavaii Combination Cable is a combination lock cable with a loop at one end, allowing you to use the entire length to secure up to three boards simultaneously. It’s also perfect for securing your wetsuit by threading it through the chest or sleeve zipper.
It measures 2 meters in length and has a 6 mm diameter. Made with a core of twisted steel wires, it is coated with a scratch-resistant film.
How it works:
- Place the two hooks of the Surf-Lock around the leash plug (or around the Zavaii Adapter when installed in the fin box).
- Slide the two plates together, ensuring that the two hooks close around the leash plug.
- Wrap the Zavaii Combination Cable around any stationary object like a loop and thread the cable’s end through the two aligned holes of the Surf-Lock.
TO UNLOCK:
Set the numbers to 0-0-0, press the unlock button to release the cable head, and remove it from the lock and secured equipment.
TO LOCK:
Anchor the looped cable around a fixed object, thread the cable through any other items, pass it through the cable loop, insert the cable head into the lock until it clicks, and scramble the numbers to secure everything.
TO SET A NEW COMBINATION:
Set the numbers to 0-0-0, press and turn the silver reset button underneath the lock 90° clockwise with a screwdriver, set your new combination, turn the reset button 90° counterclockwise, and store your combination securely. Your lock is now ready to be opened with the new combination.
