ARION

The Arion is one of our best sellers in the summer series range. It's all about volume and perfomance combined to make you happy in smaller weaker waves, but also in good days as well. We basically refined our Tablet and pushed it to a more progressive level, making this a more performance and versatile board. Now you can go faster and make stronger and tighter turns in small to medium waves. We still have the same lower rocker and a wider outline, but we now have low/mid rails and a round, squash or swallow winged tail to provide better rail to rail transitions. The bottom has a single to slight double concave to vee off the tail, generating more speed and drive all the way. You should ride it 2"-4" shorter than your everyday shortboard and we recommend a tri-quad set up.

The Shadow is designed to give all surfers the advantages of a wider, forward outlined type of board, but in a sleek, High Performance package. ✪ Modern foil/outline brings improved stability, paddle power, easy speed/flow in weaker waves. ✪ Rocker and bottom contours combine to generate speed and allow tight, powerful turning in all conditions. ✪ Great for all types of waves from beach breaks to points, reefs and even slabs. ✪ Will help Intermediate surfers elevate their performance levels, while also bringing out the best in more advanced surfers. The Shadow features a high performance outline, the wide point at center not behind as is typical of most other HPSBs. We pulled in the nose by almost a ½ inch and added rocker through the last 12 in the nose to keep it freed up through critical turns. It has a gentle hip for added sensitivity and looseness, and the squash tail is pulled in a touch to tighten the turning radius and improve vertical surfing capability. Tail rocker and bottom concave remain similar to the Phantom, already proven to work well in everyday conditions around the world. The thickness flow sets the Shadow apart from other HPSBs, keeping the volume more forward of center but not overly exaggerated. Added foam under the chest area helps add paddle power and gives extra float under your front foot in slower sections, meaning easy speed and flow. Do it all with the Fourth Doofer Surfboard! The Doofer is anything you want it to be. From gutless mush to solid waves it is the ultimate all-rounder when you want to catch as many waves as possible and have a bunch of fun. A great paddler, fast, easy to turn and holds a lovely line in the barrel. The Doofer came about from the Fourth team asking for a board that would be a bit of everything for when they travel. It is essentially a hybrid board. A one board quiver that really does it all!!   Fourth Surfboards Doofer ESE Construction The Fourth surfboards Doofer in ese construction is anything you want it to be. From gutless mush to solid waves it is the ultimate all-rounder when you want to catch as many waves as possible and have a bunch of fun. A great paddler, fast, easy to turn and holds a lovely line in the barrel. The Doofer came about from the Fourth team asking for a board that would be a bit of everything for when they travel. It is essentially a hybrid board. THE TECH STUFF The outline is that of a groveller in the nose and a shortboard back end. The tail pulled into a round pin/thumb tail. The wide point is pushed right up the board to increase the rail line which gives you the feel of a shortboard when you have your back foot on the tail pad, and the nose is nice and wide which is great for paddling into waves quickly. ONE The rocker is fairly unique on the Doofer, it has a medium tail kick which is fairly curvy to the bottom of the rocker into a drawn out entry rocker; providing you with the best of both worlds when it comes to hold, pocket surfing and speed. The deck is packed full of volume. This means that you can ride the Doofer fairly short without feeling under-gunned. When the waves get a bit of size it’s go time on the Doofer. So the balance of using it in smaller waves and bigger waves really helps it to be a versatile board. BOARD The concave is that of a charge model from the tail to the wide point with a single running slightly deeper through the nose. This helps with paddling and lift in the water when you need to maintain your speed on the smaller waves but really gives it some hold when you are surfing off the tail-pad in bigger waves. QUIVER If you can only have one board in your quiver then the Fourth Surfboard Doofer is for you. Providing confidence in bigger surf and wave count in smaller surf, the Doofer is the ultimate all rounder. a one board quiver that really does it all.
